The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 30(A) and 30(d) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Allegation is that 5 litre of country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is a female and has stated on oath that she has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016.
