The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 148/2014 under section 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

The informant alleged that his daughter Binita Kumari was married to Om Prakash Bhagat, son of the petitioners, on 194-2012. It is alleged that at the instance of Om Prakash Bhagat, the petitioners and others killed his daughter, and they were cremating the dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Binita

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40479 of 2014 (3) dt.26-03-2015 2 / 2 Kumari was not in good understanding with her husband. She committed suicide. No smell of kerosene oil was found. The post mortem report is that the deceased died due to asphyxia. Having considered the fact that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, and no specific allegation has been made against the petitioners, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 148/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
