The delay of 68 days in filing of the present Revision Application is condoned. Accordingly, the Interlocutory Application stands allowed.

The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 06.09.2014 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in S.Tr. No. 111/89/01/2013 by which he has allowed an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. to exhibit the Post-mortem Examination Report after the prosecution was closed.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.292 of 2015 dt.13-08-2015 The Petitioner is permitted to do so within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order failing which the Court below shall proceed in accordance with law.
