Permission is accorded.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 365, 366, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are mother and father of Firoj Natt and the informant alleges about the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48941 of 2021(3) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 kidnapping of his daughter by the accused persons. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has not supported the prosecution case and has stated that she had married Firoj on her own sweet-will.

Learned A.P.P. after perusing the case diary submits that victim has supported the prosecution case. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Majorganj P. S. Case No.88 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
