2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2021 .

3 . Trial court's report dated 02.09.2024 reflects that case is still pending for prosecution evidence .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date out of 7 charge-sheeted witnesses only two witnesses have been examined and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future . Petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2019 and claims clean antecedent.

5 . Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.
