2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaini P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024, lodged on 28.07.2024 under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(1), 308(1-7), 324(4),

(5) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 & Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. As per the prosecution, F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons, against whom there is an allegation of demanding ransom of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs). On non-payment, the allegation is that four bombs were thrown at the wall of the informant's house, causing fear among the entire family.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36950 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that no injury has been caused to anyone in this case. He also submits that actually a business dispute is ongoing between the parties, and with a view to teach a lesson, the present case has been lodged. He further submits that the criminal anteceden of the petitioner is not clean, as five criminal cases are pending against him, however, he is on bail in all the cases. He also submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 13.12.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail but fairly submits that there is no injury caused by the said attack.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, after framing of charge, if not framed as well as on being satisfied by the trial court that the petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases which are pending against him whose details are mentioned below, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur, in connection with Vaini P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid
