In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Ghorrasahan (Jhorkhar) P.S. Case No. 63/2014 registered for offences under sections 467, 468, 420, 34 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made, the petitioners by playing fraud got the land executed in their favour.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the informant executed the sale deed where father- inlaw of the informant is the witness of the execution of the sale deed.

No.41235 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorrasahan (Jhorkhar) P.S. Case No. 63/2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
