Najmul Hoda, learned advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal in terms of Rule 32(iii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2015.
Permission is accorded.
Should such an appeal be filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20184 of 2018(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 District Officer in terms of Rule 32(iii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2015, the same shall be entertained by the Appellate Authority, who shall, after hearing the parties and other stakeholders, pass necessary orders in accordance with law within the statutory period provided for disposing of the appeal.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
