Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 379, 427 and 504 of the Penal Code and Sections 3 (1) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. They have abused the informant who served as a daily wage earner in the house of Md. Firoj with whom the petitioners had land dispute as inspite of being restrained the victim continued to serve at the site in the house building activity of Md. Firoj.

Let petitioners surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date
