Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case falsely merely on basis of suspicion. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2019.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35740 of 2019(3) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 accused in the first information report and during investigation materials have come showing complicity of this petitioner in the alleged crime.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected.
