JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 147, 149, 448, 504, 323, 354(B), 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is general in nature. He submits that co-accused of this case namely Nitish Kumar @ Natish Patel and Golu Kumari, having similar allegation to that of the petitioner, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 17.3.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.10701 of 2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely Abhay Patel and Dharamraj Patel, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16941 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 arrest/surrender, in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.49 of 2015, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua).
