The application is directed against the order dated 24.02.2016 passed by the respondent Additional Collector, Samastipur in Minimum Wages Appeal Case No. 199 of 2015-16 as well as the order dated 09.04.2015/16.04.2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum- Labour Enforcement officer, Samastipur in Minimunm Wages Case No. 518 to 534 of 2004 Having realized that the case lodged by the private respondents have not been finally disposed of on merit till date by the authority, the counsel for the petitioner, after making submissions at some length, states that he would deposit 50% of the claim of the

No.237 of 2016 dt.28-06-2017 2/2 private respondents as directed by the respondent(s) under the impugned order(s), and this Court may direct quick disposal of the cases on merit in which the petitioner would provide all assistance as the proceeding is pending since more than a decade. Having heard both the parties the present application is disposed of by the following order:- Let the petitioner deposit 50% of the amount as directed by the Labour Enforcement Officer and affirmed by the appellate authority in the concerned Nazarat within two months from today and thereafter approach the authority where the Minimum Wages Cases are pending for quick disposal. Once the petitioner does so, the authority will take steps to dispose of the pending application(s) on merit in accordance with law as quickly as possible preferably within 04 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the said respondent along with the evidence of deposit of the amount as directed by the authority.
