2. The petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "For quashing the gazette notification No. S.0. 2868 dated 01.10.76 (contained in Annexure-6) issued by the Revenue and kat Land Reforms Department Under the signature of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22443 of 2018(3) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 Deputy Secretary under the provisions of section 15(7) of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of ceiling Area and Acquisition of surplus Land) Act declaring the Lands mentioned therein as surplus so far as it relates to the lands of the petitioner and for quashing the notice dated 21.11.2017 (contained in Annexure. 5) issued by the Circle Officer, Kadwa to appear before the Circle Officer alongwith all the documents in regard to the lands in question and for setting aside the order dated 14.8.2018 (contained in Annexure-7) of the Bihar Land Tribunal Passed in B. L. T. Case No.

390 of 2018. in the circumstances set forth below."

3. For want of prosecution, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
