Petitioner seeks bail in Khajekalan P.S. Case No.176 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354, 354-D and 506 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that mere vague allegation has been made in the written report. Daughter of the informant was having love affair with the petitioner. In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner used to tease daughter of the informant when she returned from the school and also forced her to go with him.
