Patna High Court MJC No.1216 of 2022(5) dt.19-10-2022 2/2 whatever direction has been given is complied or not? Contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 25.01.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17504 of 2021. After disposal of the aforesaid petition on 25.01.2022, petitioner submitted representation on 23.02.2022. Respondents have complied the order while passing order at Annexure-D. In this backdrop, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is non-consideration of petitioner's subsequent representation dated 23.02.2022. In non-consideration of later representation dated 23.02.2022 which is after disposal of C.W.J.C. No. 17504 of 2021 decided on 25.01.2022 does not amount to contempt. Therefore, the contempt petition stands rejected reserving liberty to the petitioners to question the validity of Annexure-D to the show cause in accordance with law.
