JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No.264 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b) (iii)(c) of the Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic substance Act. As per written report, 67 kg of ganja has been recovered from a Scorpio vehicle on which petitioner was found sitting. The seizure list is enclosed in the written report which bears signature of this petitioner.

Keeping in view huge quantity of seizure of Ganja, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Sanjay Priya, J) Ravi/- U T
