JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-03-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, if any, within two weeks from today. Subject to above undertaking, this Court has heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

By the impugned order the petitioner has been transferred from his home district to Sheohar district. He has already joined the transferred place for about 21⁄2 years back and thereby he has complied with the order.

It goes without saying that in the next round of routine transfer, his case shall also be considered to transfer at suitable place like others.
