2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43997 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/3 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 325, 354A, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the family member of the victim with lathi, danda. It is further alleged that petitioner No . 1 assaulted on the head of informant with lathi and also snatched golden chain from the neck of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that injury caused by these petitioners is found simple in nature. Case and Counter case. There is no allegation of sexual harassment against these petitioners. Rest of the allegation is super-addition to make the case grave. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.
6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge -CumSpecial Exclusive Judge ( POCSO) Aurangabad in connection
