Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 05 kg. Of Ganja and earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 15.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50461 of 2017.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody 9.6.2017 i.e. about two years and the recovery is less than the commercial quantity. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37728 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 Judge, Samastipur in connection with N.D.P.S.Case No.14 of 2017 arising out of Sarairanjan P.S.Case No.113 of 2017 with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
