These petitions are for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 387, 436, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10, 13, 16B, 18, 19 and 20 of the U.P.A. Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the only material against the petitioners is the self confessional statement.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16693 of 2015 (5) dt.13-08-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur deemed Magistrate in N.I.A. Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P. S. Case No. 07 of 2015.
