1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 116 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 354, 354C of the Indian Penal Code and Section-12 P.O.C.S.O. Act.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner used to follow a minor girl regularly.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a mason and because of the dispute over daily wage, he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 15.02.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIIth-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif/concerned Court below in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 116 of 2023 subject to the condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will give an undertaking at the time of being released that he will not visit his village during the trial.
