JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/376/511/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner and others is that they forcefully took the informant, a minor girl, with them. Nothing more is alleged against the petitioner. Submission of the petitioner is that the matter is of love-affairs and under pressure of the parents false case has been lodged. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18485 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO Court, Nawada/Successor Court, in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No.4 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
