He filed B.P. No.153/14 in the court of District & Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, but the same was dismissed on 11.4.2014. Hence, this application for bail under Section-439 of Cr.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and for the respondent.

The accusation against the petitioner is of committing road robbery, extorting a sum of Rs.1300 and a mobile phone from the victim. The truth or otherwise of the allegations needs to be determined in the trial. The petitioner is in prison already for a period

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing the bail-bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No.309 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No.4505 of 2013, on the condition that he shall report to the concerned police station between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. once in every month.
