Petitioner is in custody in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020 for the offence under sections 341, 342, 323, 385, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was in a drunken condition when apprehended by the police It is also alleged that he was involved in demanding ransom and assaulting the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 9.7.2020.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty

No.36077 of 2020(2) dt.27-01-2021 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum Special Judge, Excise, Saran, in connection with Isuapur P.S.
