ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices were issued to the O.P. No. 2 but none appears on her behalf. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 28.05.2015 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 3073 of 2013 pending before the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. However, from now the petitioner shall pay Rs. 1000/- per month instead of Rs. 750/-.
