The petitioner is accused in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case as he has not named in the FIR. The seizure list shows that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and the recovered article belongs to the petitioner. He is in custody since 14.10.2016. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4194 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016.
