====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. In the instant case total 80 litres of country made liquor was seized.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.07.2020. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees
