Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paraiya P. S. Case No.93 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 379 and 34 of the I.P.C. The informant intercepted two tractors with trailors and found both the tractors and trailors loaded with sand. The driver managed to flee away. Petitioner is owner of one of the tractors.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the driver was carrying the sand with proper permit. Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is owner of one of the tractors, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35900 of 2020(2) dt.05-04-2021 2/2 from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P. S. Case No.93 of 2020, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
