2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 553 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted informant and his family members, as a result of which, they sustained injuries.

4. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41444 of 2024(4) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he cut the index finger of informant's father by means of Pasuli, due to which he sustained grievous injury. The injury report also corroborates the same.

6. Having considered the nature of accusation and the nature of injury allegedly caused by this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
