This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this application.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below, in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 07 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19222 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 2015 and seek regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present bail application on its withdrawal.
