The petitioner is accused in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016, registered under Section 47 of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 57 bottle, each containing 200 ML, of country made liquor and 8 bottles, each containing 180 ML of India made foreign liquor recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 04.10.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3449 of 2017 (2) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur in connection with Siwan Case No. 58 of 2016.
