JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-07-2015 After having perused the office order dated 08.07.2015 under the signature of Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, I do not feel inclined to proceed any further in the present contempt matter though I find there is inordinate delay in compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.07.2014. However, I reprimand the concerned authorities of the University for delay in compliance of the said order dated 28.07.2014 and issue a note of caution to them that recurrence of
Patna High Court MJC No.982 of 2015 dt.29-07-2015 2/2 inaction of this nature, may result into serious consequences.
It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have liberty to question the legality of the said office order dated 08.07.2015, in appropriate proceeding, in accordance with law.
This application is disposed of with the observation, as above.
