2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 376, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that on the pretext of marriage this petitioner established sexual relationship with the informant and later on, abandoned her.

4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
