The petitioner who is in custody since 23.01.2019 has filed the instant application for grant of bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case as No. 444 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation in the FIR, three unknown persons are said to have looted the informant of his cash, mobile and key of vehicle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner transpired on confessional statement of co-accused, there is no recovery of any incriminating article from the petitioner, he has not been put on T.I. Parade and is in custody since 23.01.2019.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2019, he has not been put on T.I. Parade and that the investigation has already concluded, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 444 of 2018.
