Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2012 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, but latter on Sections 395/412 Indian Penal Code has been added.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in bank robbery.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Amit Kumar Sah. He further submits that other similarly circumstanced co-accused have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2020, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2012 with the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) cash in the court below and the same shall be abide by the final outcome in the trial i.e. if the petitioner is acquitted the amount of Rs.50,000/- shall be refunded in favour of the petitioner, otherwise it shall be forfeited.
