====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following relief has been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. For issuance of appropriate writ/writs(s)/order(s)/direction(s) to the respondent authorities to accept the documents for registration of his land presented on 16.04.2018 which were returned back to them without assigning any reason and for a direction to the respondent authorities to proceed to consider and taken appropriate steps for registration thereof."

A counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10291 of 2018(3) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 make an application before the Collector-cum-District Registrar, Gaya, in pursuance to Memo No. 851 dated 13.08.2018 for making necessary correction in the records available before the Registry Office in respect of land in question. The land which has been sold by the petitioner as per the records available before the respondent no. 4 i.e., The District Sub-Registrar, Gaya, indicating the same to be a Gairmazurua Khas. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner is permitted to make necessary application before the concerned authority in pursuance to Memo No. 851 dated 13.08.2018 for making necessary correction in the records available before the respondent no. 4 i.e. The District Sub-Registrar, Gaya, in respect of land in question. The application made on behalf of the petitioner shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
