3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he seeks to file a detailed representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Handloom and Handicrafts Corporation Limited Udyog Bhawan

Patna High Court CWJC No.9154 of 2023 dt.04-09-2023 2/2 for releasing the entire amount of salary, which has not been paid amounting to rupees eight lacs to the petitioner as has been paid to some other employee of the corporation.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the Managing Director, Bihar State Handloom and Handicrafts Corporation Limited Udyog Bhawan, is directed to take immediate steps to make payment of claims as prayed for in the present writ petition by giving equal treatment.

5. He may call for the records relating to the other employees, who are similarly situated and have been paid due salary. In case, the payments have been made to any other employee of the corporation, who are similarly situated like the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled for equal treatment and is required to be paid due salary as claimed for by him in the present writ petition in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

6. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
