JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-07-2015 Petitioners seems to be a jack of all trades but whether he is master of any is not understood by Court because he cannot start of his life as a Lecturer and then go on deputation to work as an Administrative Officer in a so-called Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board of Jharkhand. Obviously, his experience is of varied kind with regard to the nature of work he has done.

The reason for non- consideration of the claim of the petitioner is evident from his own declaration with the kind of work he had done in varied capacity.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5825 of 2015 dt.07-07-2015 2/2 The Court fails to appreciate as to how and why a Lecturer would like to go on deputation and work as an Administrative Officer. Jharkhand has many stories, some told some untold. The Court would not like to go deeper into the man management of the petitioner but when it comes down to appointment in the Agriculture University, the parameters of the qualification and experience, which is required, has to be adhered to in true spirit and form. The reason for rejection of the claim of the petitioner is obvious because he failed to meet the requirements of the advertisement, Annexure- 1,in relation to the post of Assistant Director Recruitment.

Writ is dismissed.
