The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about six years of the marriage by administering poison.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. Moreover, the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

No.45557 of 2014 (04) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
