2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 8 of 2025 for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. lodged on 08.01.2025 by the informant, Arvind Kumar Mishra.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that his brother was brutally assaulted by Nand Kumar Gond with 'farsa'. As he fell down, this petitioner started assaulting with iron rod and Saroj Devi by bricks. Expecting the injured to be dead, they left the place. The brother was rushed to the hospital and survived. This led to the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court about the innocence of petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37211 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that a perusal of the injury report would show that the injury has been found to be grievous in nature coupled with the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent.

5. Taking into account the submissions of the parties as also the criminal antecedent and the injury has been found to be grievous in nature, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seeks bail.

6. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
