The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.8/19 registered for offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Immoral Trafficking Act.

As per the FIR the police has got information of flesh trade in the house of one Vinod Sharma and on that information the police raided the house of Vinod Sharma and Vinod Sharma and Parmila Devi were found in objectionable condition and other girls were also apprehended but the petitioners succeeded in fleeing away.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on confessional statement of the co-accused, she has been made accused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37964 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P., who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that in para 32 independent witnesses have also named this petitioner that she along with Vinod Sharma were running flesh trade in the house..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
