Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was remanded from some other case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Md. Saddam. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 09.06.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
