JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 08-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. By order dated 19.02.2021, report was called for from the court of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna as to under which condition, the petitioner was granted bail whereas he has filed the regular bail petition in this Court.

From perusal of the show cause at Flag- 'S', it transpires that the present petitioner was granted bail by the learned court below on 19.10.2020. The petitioner filed bail petition before this Court on 19.12.2020.

Considering the fact that when the petitioner was granted bail by the learned court below on 19.10.2020, no application for grant of bail to the petitioner was pending before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36592 of 2020(9) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present bail petition.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn.
