2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aadapur P.S. Case No. 447 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(B)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 13.345 Kg. of ganja has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2024.

5. Considering the huge recovery from the house of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37412 of 2025(4) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
