The petitioner seeks bail in Mainatand P.S. case no. 97 of 2016 for the offence under Section 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the daughter of the informant was married with Sk. Abdullah but he had illicit relation with this petitioner, due to which, he assaulted his wife (deceased). It is further alleged that the informant received information that petitioner along with others have murdered her daughter by pressing her neck.

Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail and submits that in the case diary, the cause of death is by throttling

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S. case no. 97 of 2016 subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
