2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341m 323, 307, 504, 427, 448 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 741 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated due to previous enmity. The accusations of assault is general and omnibus in nature. The specific accusation of firing on the head of the nephew of the informant is upon co-accused Dilkhus Kumar. The petitioners are accused in one prior case of similar nature.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
