JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 It is fairly stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the FIR of Chandan P.S. Case No.76 of 2015, chargesheet has already been submitted and cognizance has been taken by the learned Magistrate.

Though the order taking cognizance has been challenged by way of filing I.A. No.1747 of 2016 in the present application, I

In view of the subsequent development, as noticed above, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners in Chandan P.S. Case No.76 of 2015 by filing a fresh application.
