2. The petitioner, husband of the opposite party no. 2, apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 379, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (C) and 66 ( D ) of the IT Act 2000.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that during pendency of this case, good sense prevailed in between the parties and the matter has now been compromised.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41372 of 2024(3) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 party No. 2 do not dispute the contention made on behalf of these petitioners.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Gaya in connection with Cyber Gaya P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 , subject to the conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
