Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, Informant and the State.

This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 27.11.2014 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in Cr. Appeal No. 55 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the order dated 07.11.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Jehanabad, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Juvenile Case No. 588(J)/2014 arising out of Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 240 of 2014.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.285 of 2015 dt.20-08-2015 Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner.

Counsel for the Informant undertakes to produce the witnesses on the dates fixed within the next six months.

The Juvenile Justice Board, Jehanabad is directed to expedite the enquiry and conclude the same positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. For this reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, and the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial. The Revision Application stands dismissed with the aforesaid observations.
