Petitioner is in custody in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 67 of 2020 for the offence under sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that on search one country made pistol with 3.15 bore cartridge, one mobile and motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.2.2020. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
